SILMAX hsco range of cutters 

This extensive range is offered in a choice of four different lengths, stub, regular, medium and long series. A multiple choice of coatings are available which always reflect the very latest technology from Balzers a company partly owned by SILMAX.

SILMAX Sil F2000 high feed roughing

Manufactured from ASP2060 power metrology the Sil F2000 range must be used at higher feed rates to ensure chip evacuation. Each cutter sold includes detailed cutting data to ensure maximum productivity.

SILMAX Sil F2000 high feed finishing

To complete the Sil F2000 range we now offer the ultimate finishing cutter. The cutter is unique in two ways depending on the quality of finish required i.e. near mirror finish or maximum table feed. Cutting speeds up to 4 times that of conventional HSCO tools can be achieved.

SILMAX carbide plus

This premium quality range of carbide milling cutters are manufactured from MGCo10 and MGCo12 micro grain carbide. The vast range caters for almost every conceivable diameter, length and application. Futura and Xtreme coatings are currently used which enhance the tool life and finish.
